From the moment you place an order to the day the bag stands beside you on the course, everything passes through the five stages below. Fees, timings and returns are all spelled out, so you never have to guess.

Order

You order on the website, or message us.

On the order page you choose the bag and the colour and fill in your delivery address. The moment the order is sent, the bag is held for you. If you would rather talk first, message us on Messenger and we will write the order up for you.

Confirm

We call or message to confirm within 24 hours.

When we call or message, we read the order back to you, tell you the delivery fee if you live outside Hanoi city, and ask whether you would like to pay on delivery or by bank transfer. Nothing ships until you have agreed.

On the road

The bag leaves our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.

It ships from our warehouse in Vietnam, so there are no import duties or customs fees. Within Hanoi city it reaches you in 1 to 3 business days and delivery is free. Outer Hanoi and the other provinces take 2 to 5 business days, with delivery between 250,000₫ and 400,000₫ at the carrier’s rate.

Receive

You receive the bag and check it as you open the box.

If anything was damaged on the way, take a photo and tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the bag or refund you, and we cover the return shipping too.

Returns, warranty

You still have 30 days to change your mind, and a year of warranty.

If the bag is not quite right, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of delivery. Manufacturing defects are covered for a full year.

Shipping abroad

We still ship abroad. Message us your delivery address and we will quote the fee and the timing. Any import duties in the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Payment

  • You can pay the courier in cash on delivery, anywhere in Vietnam.
  • You can also pay by bank transfer once we have confirmed your order. We send you the account details during that confirmation.
  • Gift orders are paid in advance by bank transfer, so the recipient has nothing to pay.

30-day returns

If the bag is not quite right for you, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of delivery.

  • The bag must be unused, with its tags and original packaging.
  • If the bag is faulty or we sent the wrong one, Astro Golf pays all the shipping.
  • If you change your mind, you pay the shipping to send the bag back to us.
  • A bag bought during a seasonal offer, such as a holiday or Tet, can still be exchanged for another colour within 30 days, but it cannot be refunded.
  • Items personalised to your request cannot be returned.

Refunds

  • You receive 100% of the product value back to your account within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving the bag.
  • You can choose a 110% store credit for your next purchase instead. The credit never expires.

How to start a return

  1. Message us your order details along with a photo of the bag.
  2. We confirm and send you the address for the return.
  3. You ship the bag with a tracked service so that both of us can follow it.

One-year warranty

Every Astro Golf product carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the day you receive it.

Frequently asked

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, as long as the order has not been handed to the carrier. Message us as soon as you can.

What if the bag arrives damaged?

Take a photo and tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you, return shipping included.

Do you offer express delivery?

For now we only ship standard. If you need the bag urgently for a trip or a gift, message us and we will do our best to arrange it.
