Shipping Overview
We ship worldwide from our warehouse. All orders are carefully packed to ensure your golf gear arrives in perfect condition.
Free shipping is available on orders $250 and above shipped to the Contiguous United States (48 states). For all other destinations — including Alaska, Hawaii, and international addresses — shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times below are estimates from the date of shipment.

International Shipping
We deliver to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale
How to initiate a return:
- Contact us at astronova.golf@gmail.com or our contact page with your order number
- We'll provide a return authorization (RMA) and return shipping address
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Store Credit Option: When your return is approved, you may choose 110% Store Credit (processed within 24 hours) or 100% refund to your original payment method (9–14 business days).
For orders shipped within the United States, we cover return shipping on defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original import duties and taxes paid are non-refundable by Astro Golf.
Refunds & Store Credit
When your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:
- Store Credit 110% — Receive a gift card worth 110% of your purchase price, processed within 24 hours. No expiration.
- Full Refund 100% — Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for bank processing.

Lưu ý: Sản phẩm tại Việt Nam được giao từ kho nội địa, không phát sinh thuế nhập khẩu hay phí hải quan.
Đổi trả: Chấp nhận đổi trả trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ ngày nhận hàng. Sản phẩm phải còn nguyên tem, chưa sử dụng. Hàng lỗi/sai: Astro Golf chịu phí vận chuyển trả hàng. Đổi ý: Khách hàng chịu phí vận chuyển trả hàng. Hoàn tiền trong 5–7 ngày làm việc sau khi nhận được hàng trả.
Store Credit: Khi đổi trả được duyệt, bạn có thể chọn nhận Store Credit 110% (gift card) hoặc hoàn tiền 100% về phương thức thanh toán ban đầu.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot change the destination.
We're sorry if that happens. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost — including return shipping.
Currently, we offer standard shipping only. We're working on adding express options in the future. For urgent orders within the U.S., please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
