What people ask before buying
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, anywhere in Vietnam. When you order online, the bag is held for you straight away. We call or message to confirm within 24 hours before we ship, and you pay the courier when the bag arrives.
Can I swap the colour?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the bag is unused and still has its tags. A bag bought during a seasonal offer can still be swapped for another colour, but it cannot be refunded.
How long does delivery take?
Within Hanoi city the bag arrives in 1 to 3 business days, and delivery is free. Outer Hanoi and the other provinces take 2 to 5 business days, with delivery between 250,000₫ and 400,000₫ at the carrier’s rate.
What does the warranty cover?
Every bag has a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the day you receive it. If something goes wrong, message us and we will walk you through it.
What if I am buying it as a gift?
Choose "As a gift" on the order page. The box will not show a price, the recipient has nothing to pay, and we can hold delivery until the gift date.
