What we collect

When you order on astrogolfstore.com: your name, phone number, delivery address (province or city; ward or commune; street address), the bag, colour, quantity, payment method and your note.

For a gift: the recipient’s name, the recipient’s phone (if you give it), the gift date and the card message.

The kind of channel that brought you to the site, e.g. "Facebook ad". Only the kind of channel, never a tracking ID.

When you message us on Messenger: what you write.

Why

To confirm, deliver and collect payment for your order, to handle returns and warranty, and to answer your questions. Nothing else.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send you marketing without your consent.

Who sees it, where it lives

Orders placed on the website go straight into Astro Golf’s order system. It requires a login, only the shop can see it, and it runs on Cloudflare servers in the Asia-Pacific region.

The courier receives the name, phone number and address printed on the shipping slip, only to deliver. Gift orders print the buyer’s number by default, so the recipient is not called ahead.

Messenger conversations pass through Facebook Messenger (Meta). The shop’s automatic assistant reads messages to answer first, and keeps the last 10 messages of each conversation for 7 days.

When you order, Cloudflare Turnstile runs an automatic check to block orders sent by bots. The site uses no advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.

Counting page views

Each time you open a page, the site tells the shop’s system which page you opened, where you came from (only the referring site, such as facebook.com, or the kind of ad, never a tracking ID), whether your screen is a phone or a computer, whether this is the first page of your visit or your first visit of the day, and whether your device has visited before. We use these numbers to see how many people visit each day, how many come back, and which pages they read.

The system only adds up counts per day. There are no cookies, no IP addresses are stored and no ID is attached to you, so nobody can tell who you are from these numbers. To avoid counting you twice, your browser remembers the date of your last visit, and that note never leaves your device.

If your browser has Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control turned on, the site does not count your visits.

When you write to us about your bag

On the Write to us page you enter your order code and the phone number used for the order. We only use them to match your order, and we do not store the phone number with your letter.

Your letter is stored with the name and city you choose, your star rating if you give one, and the order it belongs to. It only goes on the website with your permission and after we have read it; the website shows your words, name, city, bag and rating, never your order code or phone number.

If you would like your letter taken down, message us and we will remove it as soon as we see your message.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for the warranty period (1 year from the day you receive the bag) and for as long as accounting law requires.

When you ask us to delete your details, we anonymise your name, phone number and address on every order, keeping only amounts, bag codes and dates so the books stay correct. Orders still in delivery or store credit with a balance are cleared once settled.

Your rights

You can see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent, or object to its use.
